Congratulations to Chris Dolman on Passing His Driving Test

A huge congratulations to Chris Dolman, who passed his driving test today with just two driving faults and some excellent feedback from the examiner. As the first pupil I’ve taken to test this year, Chris has set a strong start for 2026.

Chris has been a pleasure to teach. He’s a naturally capable driver, and one of the biggest steps forward in his learning has been recognising that ability and pushing back against self‑doubt. His progress throughout his automatic driving lessons has been consistent, focused, and genuinely impressive.

Today’s result reflects the hard work he’s put in and the calm, controlled driving he’s shown in recent weeks. It’s always rewarding to see a pupil grow in confidence and demonstrate the skills needed for safe, independent driving.
