First time pass for Lucie Richmond

A huge well done to Lucie Richmond, from Swanwick, who passed her driving test first time today with just three driving faults.

Lucie faced some of the toughest test conditions you can get, heavy traffic, poor weather and plenty of situations that would unsettle even the most confident learner. Despite that, she delivered a calm, safe and controlled drive that fully reflected the work she’s put in.

From the very start, Lucie was incredibly hard on herself and often battled nerves more than anything else. But lesson by lesson, she kept turning up, kept trying, and slowly began to trust her ability. Seeing that confidence grow has been brilliant, and her result today is a credit to her determination.

Lucie should be really proud of what she’s achieved. She’s now a safe, thoughtful and capable driver, and it’s been a pleasure to support her on that journey.
